Last August, the Turkish authorities included Kazakhstan in the list of 129 countries whose citizens are allowed to purchase real estate in the country of janissaries. The process has begun, writes 'Express K'.
Germany, Russia, and the UK are the leaders in purchasing Turkish real estate. Citizens of these countries purchased 775, 416, and 365 properties, respectively. Kazakhstanis managed to buy 57 properties in just over six months.
