The leaders in purchasing Turkish real estate are Germany, Russia and the UK.
Citizens of these countries purchased 775, 416 and 365 objects, respectively. Over the past six months, Kazakhstanis have managed to buy 57 objects. “The majority of new owners of Turkish real estate are representatives of Almaty, Astana and Shymkent,” says a representative of the development company Alexandra Sokolova . – The descendants of the Janissaries hope that Kazakhstan will become one of the five countries whose citizens are most actively buying apartments in Turkey. I note that the process of purchasing and registering real estate there is very simple. Ownership is absolute, meaning that the consent of spouses and other family members is not required for purchase or sale. Foreign home buyers automatically receive a residence permit, and with it all civil rights.
